Let Them Eat Cake New Year's Day returns on 1 January for an inner-city special edition at Coburg Velodrome.
Australia’s premier New Year’s Day dance music festival, Let Them Eat Cake (LTECNYD), has assembled a massive lineup mixing local heavyweights with international selectors for what promises to be a proper bangin’ way to kick off 2026.
Let Them Eat Cake New Year’s Day brings together 21 artists spanning house, techno and electronic sounds across the historic velodrome space. Local favourites 1tbsp (AU), Afrodisiac (AU) and C000KIE (AU) anchor the lineup alongside international guests including Folamour (FR), Dr. Banana (UK) and VTSS (PL).
LTECNYD positions itself as a cultural gathering exploring the union of music and art, moving to the unique setting of Coburg Velodrome for this special inner-city edition. The venue switch brings the festival closer to Melbourne’s heart while maintaining its reputation for curating forward-thinking electronic music.
