The film stars Molly Gordon from Shiva Baby and The Bear alongside Logan Lerman from The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Australian actress Geraldine Viswanathan, known for her upcoming role in Thunderbolts, delivers a scene-stealing performance as Max, the best friend character. The 95-minute romantic comedy follows Iris and Isaac’s first romantic weekend getaway, which takes an unexpected and chaotic turn when miscommunication and mismatched expectations derail their plans.
Set against a rustic farmhouse in picturesque countryside, Oh, Hi! initially presents the perfect romantic backdrop before cleverly subverting expectations with twisted humour and chaotic emotional developments. The film explores themes of commitment anxiety and relationship miscommunication through increasingly unhinged attempts by Iris to secure Isaac’s affections.
Tickets are priced at $28 for Palace Movie Club members and $33 for general admission. The exclusive screening represents audiences’ only opportunity to experience Oh, Hi! on the big screen before its wider release.
