A new rooftop bar in Melbourne is set to launch disco-drenched Tokyo izakaya perfection in the CBD.
MAMAS Dining Group will open an ambitious Japanese izakaya-inspired rooftop bar in Melbourne this spring.
The Melbourne hospitality group behind Hochi Mama, Straight Outta Saigon and Kiss & Tell will transform the former Madame Brussels site. MAMAS Dining Group plans to bring Level 3 on 59-63 Bourke Street back to life with their seventh venue.
The new rooftop will channel 1980s Tokyo vibes. Low lighting and disco elements will create an electric atmosphere. The venue promises flowing sake, bold flavours and late-night dancing.
