The extra day is Monday December 29, allowing punters an extra day before the festivites kick off. There will also be an ‘early settlers’ pass available for current ticketholders who might want to get to the campsite and settle in early.
The decision to open the gates earlier was made to allow punters the opportunity to beat the traffic, arrive on site, pick the very best spot for their camp set up and ensure they are in festival mode when the festival opens on Tuesday December 30.
