Catch Naarm’s innovators of psychedelic thrash jazz on September 17.
Following a sold-out, year-long residency at Colour Club, the four-piece pysch jazz fusion band are playing a headline show at The Night Cat on Saturday September 17. They’ll be joined by Great Sage, Nikodimos and the Free Speakers, and Izy, with WAARI and Maru Elias on the decks. Blending elements of funk, punk, techno, psychedelic rock, metal and spiritual jazz, they have a killer stage presence that isn’t to be missed.

Hot off the back of their early 2022 Victorian tour, they’re in the process of recording their second album, as well as an EP in collaboration with Agung Mango. They appeared at Strawberry Fields Festival earlier this year, as well as headlining an iteration of NGV After Dark. They also appeared as part of Moor Music’s takeover of New Guernica – an eight hour party that saw 15 killer acts across several stages.

Their 2021 debut album PROTOSYNTHESIS was released on vinyl by Colour Club Records. An invigorating and utterly original blend of stylings, they’re known for experimenting with the extended techniques of their instruments.
