Iconic Melbourne live music venue The Old Bar has been up to heaps of crazy stuff during the COVID-19 lockdown – they’ve launched new merch, renovated the venue and ran livestream events as part of June’s Leaps & Bounds Music Festival as well as their own livestream shindigs.
Amidst the ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, The Oldie has held their head high and persevered, with the optimism that they will get to the other side of this.
After all their achievements during the current downturn, the venue has just gone one step further and launched their own member’s page. For $10 a month, Oldie adorers and gig-goers can become a member of the venue and unlock heaps of exclusive goodies.
The subscription will get you live footage from past Oldie gigs and access to live recordings, interviews, videos of co-owner Singa eating, and more.
Everyone who becomes a member will be helping The Old Bar get through the toughest times the venue has ever faced. Things will return to normal and you can bet your bottom dollar The Oldie will be back in a big way, throwing gigs night after night after night after night.
