This senior role is responsible for managing Kultour’s programs across all art forms and platforms, including the development, delivery and evaluation. The Program Manager will also be responsible for identifying and brokering opportunities to increase the visibility of cultural diversity in the arts in Australia, through existing artistic and creative programs or events and new initiatives delivered in partnership with the Kultour member network and key arts organisations.
The successful applicant through the Kultour programs will contribute to supporting and enabling the visibility of cultural diversity in the arts in Australia, reflecting the society in which we all live.
The Program Manager reports to and provides support to the CEO, manages contract and casual staff in programming, and works alongside other non-program contract staff hired as needed. As the 2iC to the CEO, the program manager may report at such times to the Kultour Board.
A one-year contract is offered on a full-time basis (38 hours or 5 days per week). An extension or renewal of the contract is possible, funding permitting.
