Festival promoter AJ Maddah has revealed on Twitter that “Following Stereosonic successfully having 46,500 at Melb Showgrounds, we’ve decided to increase SW Melb capacity from 37,000 to 38,000”.
The news comes as welcome surprise to those who thought they’d missed on on the mammoth lineup, which includes acts such as System Of A Down and Marilyn Manson.
