The historic venue that has housed some of Australia’s most infamous prisoners will be transformed into a whisky pop-up bar for the night. Tickets to the event will allow access to all areas of the Gaol as well as two drinks from a selection of whisy-based cocktails, whisky, wine and beer. There will also be delicious food on hand for purchase. For an extra cost, visitors can take an intimate master class from whisky experts throughout the night.
Guests who bring their business cards along will be entered to win tickets to the National Trust of Victoria’s next pop-up bar for the winner and three friends.
