Winner of last years Directors’ Choice Award for her performance in the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Hannah Gadsby’s Mrs Chuckles is another fine display of her dry sharp wit weaved into her understated yet compelling personal stories. Hannah’s self-depreciating style takes the audience on a tale of self discovery and on a journey of the general failure that Hannah considers to be her life.
From Hannah’s hilariously woeful crack at chitchat during her high school reunion to her ongoing attempts to convince her local butcher that she is not a ‘sir’ Mrs Chuckles will leave you chuckling for more.
