Secret Wars Melbourne Second Heat

Phibs and Pierre Lloga go head-to-head.

Secret Wars, the best street art war around, ran for seven months in Sydney, packing out the bar it was held in and promoting love of street art with some good drinking and music.

The first heat in Melbourne went down pretty well and this one features Phibs, one of the most respectd and iconic Graffiti artists not only in Australia but the world – part of Everfresh, battling Pierre Lloga, a talented illustrator who’s been published in graphic novels, comics and Wooden Toy Quarterly.

The artists have 90 minutes, black markers and black acrylic paint, no sketches, allocated space and a two judge + audience vote ruling. DJs play and we drink. It’s wicked cool and only $15 on the door (or $12+BF from Moshtix).

This battle will commence on Wednesday November 10 at Thousand Pound Bend from 6.30pm with the battle starting officially at 8.30pm.
