Their philosophy is all about keeping things simple, handmade, and pan cooked. The Schnitz team have orchestrated a treasure hunt called #SchnitzSighting, telling the story of Schnitz and representing their handmade values and passion for perfection. They’ve collaborated with a selection of artists and have placed 15 handmade street-art installations and posters around metro Melbourne for all you Schnitzaholics to find.
It’s simple, when you discover a #schnitzsighting item, snap a photo and post it to either Facebook or Instagram using #schnitzsighting and tagging @SchnitzAU. The most creative snaps will earn you either free Schnitz food items or custom Schnitz gear. There are a series of videos online that explore founder Roman Dyduk’s passion and ethos, also telling the stories of the local collaborators and how each of their street art pieces were created (hot tip: watch the videos to get an idea of what to look for).
