The new Latin inspired menu features dishes made with fresh and seasonal ingredients, including lightly fried calamari with squid ink aioli and a kingfish ceviche with avocado, chilli curls and olive salt.
To celebrate the new dishes, Mjr Tom will be hosting weekly specials including a Wednesday taco night that will be serving up two fish tacos and a frozen margarita for $22 along with the aptly titled F.A.T.W (Forget About The Week) Fridays, coming with half-priced spirits, beer, wine and cocktails.
Capping it all off, the venue will be hosting regular street barbecues featuring home-style cook ups with one scheduled for Australia Day. It comes alongside news that Mjr Tom will be running a stall at the Queen Victoria Night Market until Wednesday March 30.
