ONE-OFF: Today marks the return of the Class Clowns National Grand Final. The comedy event featuring some of Australia’s funniest schoolkids will be hosted by Die Roten Punkte, and feature special guests Andy Saunders and the Djuki Mala. The action kicks off 1pm today at the Melbourne Town Hall.

EXTRA SHOWS: The final weekend of the festival is always marked with extra editions due to awards buzz or sell out after sell out. The following acts have extras tonight:

David Tulk & Jamie McCarney’s Full of It: The True or False Game Show. 5pm at the Exford Hotel.

VENUE MOVESNazeem Hussain has been selling out like wildfire this festival, so tonight and Sunday’s shows move to ACMI. Legally Brown, 7.15pm today, 6.15pm Sunday. Also on the move tonight is Aunty Donna – they move from ACMI to the Forum Theatre Upstairs. 9.45pm.

FRIDAY ONLY: Back tonight at 8.30pm is Tym Jeffery and his show A Diabetes Discrimination. See it at The Geddes Lounge off King St in the city.

FAMILY: Family friendly comedy returns to Federation Square today with The (very) Big Laugh Out. Hosts Ozstar Airlines will bring up Mathieu MoustacheTrygve WakenshawTessa WatersTrash Test Dummies, and the Djuki Mala. It all happens from 5pm today, entry is free.
