Everyone's favourite internet dog Doug The Pug is getting a birthday party thrown in his honour.


South Yarra's Supersmall are hosting and there are sure to be over-the-top Doug The Pug visuals, free pizza and a free photo booth on the night.
They're also featuring a Doug-inspired drinks list in his honour including doggo-inspired Slush Puppies and Espresso...

For over 32 years, Studio Ghibli have touched the hearts of generations with films like My Neighbour Totoro, Spirited Away, Ponyo and Princess Mononoke. To celebrate the release of the studio's very first television series Ronja, The Robber’s Daughter, the legends over at Supersmall have decided to throw a big bash for all things Ghibli.

Supersmall is hosting an emo night to end all emo nights, counting down the Hottest 100 of the most apathetic and gloriously melodramatic songs of the early 2000s.

It's nearing Christmas, which means Mariah Carey is preparing to load her stocking full of the yearly royalties she receives from All I Want For Christmas Is You being played in every shopping centre across the country non-stop. Ah, the early 2000s. Myspace was still a thing. We all thought rock was dead. Then we all thought that rock was to be saved by the likes of The Killers, Arctic Monkeys, Kings Of Leon, and a bunch of other bands that are relatively naff now. But hey, it was a fucking time, that was for sure.
