Lynch’s gravitas aside, this track is fucking great. Slightly affected by autotune, the director sings over a distant synth waltz beat. It has that uneasy undercurrent present throughout his filmic oeuvre, but an uplifting air wins out in the end. Are You Sure comes from Lynch’s second LP, The Big Dream.
