Cards Against Humanity

Can you tell us about Cards Against Humanity? Cards Against Humanity is a party game for horrible people, as described on the box. Each round, one player asks a question from a black card, and everyone else answers with their funniest white card. We love it because the style of humour is so unexpected from a card game.

What usually goes down on the night?
Lots of laughing. Teams play private rounds to begin with, then once warmed up we start the public rounds. Mikey Cahill (MC) calls a member from each team to play one of their white cards against his black card. Mikey isn’t afraid of crossing the line which makes for a hilarious night.

How does Cards Against Humanity differ from Pub Trivia?
It’s still a game night, but on another level. You have to be pretty open minded. CAH is a game that everybody loves, yet only really play surrounded by people they feel comfortable with. It’s pretty cool to see so many strangers bond over their sense of humour and not feel censored.

Can you share with us a card as a tease?
Where to even begin? Our favourite white cards definitely aren’t suitable to say here, but “________, High five bro.” is definitely a highlight black card. The simplest black cards make for the best answers.

What can players drink and eat on the night?
We’ll have rotating $15 food specials running every CAH Night as well as jugs of beer which we don’t normally serve.
