Not many play a better deviant than Alan Cumming but as he whips back around on his 2023 venture Down Under, it’s set to be far more joyous and light-hearted.

Flying in for a bewitching night of showbiz, tunes and life-affirming laughs, Alan Cumming will appear at St Kilda’s own Palais Theatre for a show this weekend. Taking place on January 14,   he’s bringing his signature joie-de-vivre to his show that’s set to celebrate the most communal of pastimes: aging!

When he’s not firing his gorgeous tenor across the stage, he’s behind the camera. Playing Eli Gold on The Good Wife, he’s also appeared in James Bond’s GoldenEye, X-Men and The Smurfs.

But his accolades don’t end there – he’s also known for his humanitarian efforts, including being granted an OBE from the Queen for his contributions to LGBTQIA+ equality in the arts. A regular contributor to The New York Times, Marie Claire, Newsweek and Harper’s Bazaar, he’s just released his latest memoir – Baggage: Tales from a Fully Packed Life.
